2. Description of Service

Selah Translate provides real-time audio translation services for personal and commercial use. The Service includes a macOS application, web interface, and related APIs for accessing translation functionality.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly update your information if it changes
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Selah Translate offers various subscription plans:

Free Trial: 1 hour of translation, no credit card required
Basic Plan: $29/month for 20 hours of translation
Professional Plan: $49/month for 40 hours of translation
Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing for unlimited use

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the rights of others
Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Selah Translate and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you translate using the Service.

7. Translation Accuracy

While we strive for high accuracy in translations, we do not guarantee that translations will be error-free or suitable for all purposes. The Service should not be used as a substitute for professional human translation in critical or legal contexts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selah Translate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
